We’re planning to do the Zoom in mid-June. That's just days/weeks away . . . and time will fly!
If you have questions you'd like addressed before then, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We'll have another commitment meeting by mid-September (so we can all get/make travel/accommodation arrangements), and then a final details Mission Team meeting/dinner by first week of November.

Transportation
At this point, we're thinking to cover up to $500 per staff person (maybe more later, especially via fundraising), for international flight expenses, leaving the specific booking of such to you.
You may want to go earlier and stay later than the team / mission clinic window of Dec. 1-10, and you're not only allowed to, you're encouraged to do so.
We encourage you to start searching and booking now, to ensure you obtain/lock-in the best possible ticket(s). Southwest, United and Delta all offer good flights. We found one on United, that's particularly good, but you might do as good or better!
You may want to bring your spouse or significant other as well . . . or you may NOT want to (lol). If they come, they'll have plenty fun things to do, and can help too!
For this mission: no children under age 16, no pets (unless they remain with your S.O.) and no drugs/alcohol during the clinic, just like with work hours back home.
Any water taxis and/or island hop flights that are necessary for the mission, or done at the discretion of MOA director(s), will be covered 100% by MOA.

The local church will be assisting MOA with housing arrangements during the clinic window. Depending on the team response and commitments, we'll either be all together or in different locations (close by).
From Dec. 1-10, everyone that comes will have a complementary place to stay. If we stay WITH church families, meal(s) may or may not be included (TBD) during that timeframe.
Arrangements outside of that window are up to you, and are your individual responsibility. We and the church families can make recommendations, if you're interested.

On Excursions
There will be at least a few excursions we (as a TEAM) will do on the weekends, or at least consider and decide as a group. MOA will pay for those, not including any tips.

Other Details
UNITED has a great nonstop roundtrip flight from November 25 to December 10, and also from December 2 to 17. 11/25 to 12/17 is also incredible, if you're considering immigrating there, like I am! Ask me if you want flight numbers.
The start and end dates are FLEXIBLE, as always. Dec. 2 is most likely, and Dec. 9/10 is also doable to leave for the USA, if you need to.
There's some amazing real estate and business investment opportunities down there, but we promise this isn't a timeshare presentation "trip"!!!
